Accounts belong to adults, and a parent or guardian holds the account for a student under 18. What sits inside them is a young person’s record, and that shapes what we ask for, what we keep, and who is allowed to see it. Less is collected than you would expect, and none of it moves anywhere by default.

Accounts belong to adults, and a parent or guardian holds one for a student under 18. Anything sensitive an academy asks for is optional, asked for a stated reason, and consented to separately. It can be corrected or removed later.

Sharing is a decision, never a default

What a student shares with their academy stays between them and their academy, unless someone chooses otherwise. That choice can be taken back later.

You can leave with your data

Your academy's information belongs to your academy. Accounts, profiles and academies can be closed, and closing one means what it says.

The things people ask us first

Any place that teaches a skill to a group on a schedule. Sport academies, martial arts schools, dance and music classes, swimming and skating programmes, chess and art studios. If you have classes, a roll call and fees, it fits.

An evening is usually enough to add your classes and timings, and invite your first members. You do not need a computer, a training session or an IT person.

They can use the app or open their academy's page in a browser. Either way they see the same schedule, fees and updates.

You keep working. Attendance and the other everyday jobs carry on offline and catch up on their own once you are back in signal.

Nothing is wrong with either until the academy grows. Then the notebook disagrees with the group chat, a fee goes missing, and somebody asks a question nobody can answer. ClubStreak is the version of that setup that keeps working at three times the size.

Your data is yours. We ask students for as little as possible, we treat anything sensitive as sensitive, and you can take your academy out again if you decide to leave.
