More than one profile, one login
If you manage profiles for more than one student, they sit under the same account. A second guardian can be linked to a profile without anyone sharing a password.

Class times, closures, sessions that moved, the camp that opens on Friday. It arrives in the same place your fees and receipts live, so there is one thing to check instead of four.
If you cannot make a session, say so once. The coach sees it without a phone call.

You can see what is due before it is due, settle it in the app, and find the receipt again next season. If you would rather hand the money to your coach, that still works and it still shows up here.
Nobody has to send an awkward reminder on a Sunday evening, which is better for everyone.
Tournaments and camps
Enter in one pass, and know how it ended.
When your academy opens a tournament, a camp or a grading, it turns up in the app. You answer whatever the organiser needs to ask, pick the options you want, pay the entry fee and you are in. No form to print, no screenshot of a payment to send anyone.
Afterwards the results appear on the same page you entered from, so you find out where you finished without asking a coach.
Nothing missed
The message reaches you, and stays.
A timing change, a kit reminder, results from the weekend. It comes from the academy itself, it reaches everyone at the same time, and it is still findable two days later when you need to check what it actually said.
Nothing about your profile is shared by default.
What you share with your academy stays between you and your academy. Anything sensitive they ask for is optional, asked for a stated reason, and it can be corrected or removed later.
