About

Built for the people
standing on the court.

ClubStreak started with a simple observation. The person running an academy is almost always the best coach in it, and they spend their evenings doing paperwork instead.

Academies are usually run by one or two people who are excellent at teaching and were never trained in administration. The register is a book. The fees are a chat thread and a very good memory. It works beautifully until the academy grows, and then it starts costing an evening a week, then two, then the coaching itself.

The tools built for this problem tend to be office software. Long forms, a desktop dashboard, and a student who never sees any of it. So the questions keep coming, coaches keep answering, and the admin never really goes away. It just moves.

We took the other route. Build for the phone in the coach's hand, put the student on the same app, and make the everyday jobs so quick they stop feeling like jobs. When both sides can see the same thing, most of the messages simply stop being necessary.

We are still building it that way. Every academy that joins tells us which part of their week still hurts, and that is usually what we work on next. There is a lot more coming, and the academies using it decide the order.

What we believe

Four things we will not trade away.

Built for the floor, not the office

Coaches use it standing up, one handed, with a whistle in the other hand. Every common job is a couple of taps and it works when the ground has no signal.

It tells you what needs you

No wall of dashboards to read. One thing leads, the rest waits its turn, and on a day when nothing is wrong the screen says so. Fewer notifications, better ones.

Students are members, not records

Every student gets an app of their own rather than a row in somebody's list. When they can see what is going on, the academy spends far less time explaining it.

Made in India, for how academies here actually work

Cash and online side by side, more than one student on a login, holidays that move, seasons that do not fit a neat calendar. All of it is normal here.

How we treat your data

We hold records about young people.

ClubStreak accounts belong to adults, and where a student is under 18 their parent or guardian holds the account. But the records inside are about young people, and that decides how we design. We ask for as little as possible, we treat anything sensitive as sensitive, and we never make sharing the easy default.

Read the privacy policy

A record about a minor gets extra care

Accounts belong to adults, and a parent or guardian holds one for a student under 18. Anything sensitive an academy asks for is optional, asked for a stated reason, and consented to separately. It can be corrected or removed later.

Sharing is a decision, never a default

What a student shares with their academy stays between them and their academy, unless someone chooses otherwise. That choice can be taken back later.

You can leave with your data

Your academy's information belongs to your academy. Accounts, profiles and academies can be closed, and closing one means what it says.

Where we are

Made in India, with the academies who use it.

Cash and online payments side by side. More than one student on a login. Holidays that move and seasons that ignore the calendar. We build with academies rather than for a market we read about, and the next thing we ship is usually something a coach asked for last month.
